Welcome to the National Institute of Social Care Professionals.

The institute was introduced as a measure to support all organisations and individuals dealing with vulnerable individuals within the social care domain.  Primary goals of NISCP are to assist in establishing & promoting the highest levels of care, quality management, professionalism and security among social care professionals & care providers within the social care environment.

One of the institute’s notable procedures is to thoroughly verify the identities, qualifications and relevant CRB requirements of each registrant.  We aim to assist all members in achieving the appropriate qualifications and CRB clearance to carry out their job of work.

Upon completion and clearance of the registration process, each member is provided with a nationally recognised personal identification card.  In the near future we aim to further elevate the significance and validity of this card by allowing ‘anyone’ to simply check a member’s identification card for authenticity by; telephone, mobile phone or the internet.  This additional service is being introduced to further reduce the risk of abuse from those who would use stolen or forged identification to gain access to vulnerable individuals.

Another key aim of the institute is to offer support and guidance to organisations and companies in the important and often mandatory process of subscribing to an appropriate Quality Outcome Management programme.  This service aims to assist companies and organisations in ensuring they are operating at the highest possible level of efficiency and proficiency, meeting at least, the minimum standards laid down by the government.

Being a predominantly web based organisation the NISCP is able to quickly and simply pass on relevant information to members, relating to new legislation, available jobs, members seeking employment and training courses.  This service helps members stay up to date with fresh possibilities and opportunities that can further assist in developing their business, professional status and qualification to its highest achievable potential.
